Q1.  Will I be charged if I miss my appointment?

Answer: A $50 late cancellation fee will apply if an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time.  A $100 fee will apply if families do not arrive at the appointment and have not phoned/emailed to cancel.
